Hey everyone! Erica dropping in today before I head out on our camping trip to share a couple pages in my Clique into Summer album! When I say camping I really mean camping! Pitching a tent, cooking by the fire, sleeping bags, and lots of memories! Hopefully we can all survive 3 nights in a tent with all 7 of us!
I hope you all have been have a great time in our Clique into Summer class! Have you all had a chance to check out the latest lesson with Jody? Pockets full of Sunshine! What I love about this class it that you can work at your own pace and always go back and watch the videos when you have time! Which I seem to have less and less of these days! Is this only me or do any of you feel like you could use and extra 8 hours in your day?
For the two pages I am sharing today I kept it quick and simple! Two of my favorite things to do in creating is quick and simple! Like I said before I have limited time these days so I need things that will make it easy for me to complete things quick but still look nice! That is where the Simple Stories collection and Clique Kits come in to provide me with coordinated collections and kits! Our summer kit makes it quick and easy to put together amazing layouts in a flash! Here is a look at my two pages. The photos are of my two youngest boys, Gavin and Eli, running around outside and just having fun! Gavin with his scooter and Eli trying to leave the yard! The norm for these two little trouble makers!
I printed my photos from my computer in a wallet size. This makes them easy to trim down to 2x2 or I can mount them on a 4x6, 4x4 or 3 1/2x4 card! Just because your pocket size is a certain size does not mean your photo has to be! Have fun and trim that photo down, mount it on one of the insta-squares! Even if there is an image peeking underneath it is ok! Use up that sticker shit and bag of ephemera to layer up next to the photo and cover it up!
Thanks so much for stopping today and I hope you enjoyed my pocket pages! I am loving all of your post sharing your Clique into Summer pages! Keep them coming and remember to use the hashtags #cliqueintosummer #cliquekits so we can come take a look! I hope you all have a fabulous weekend and I will chat with ya soon! Hugs!
