Hi, it's Gia. Today I'm sharing a mini album I made from some extra large shipping tags and my June kit; Show & Tell. Last week was the last week of school for my kids and my daughter won a special award. As a reward, we had a mother daughter staycation for one night complete with drinks (shirley temples for her), shopping, and a soak in a hot tub. I had so much fun mixing and matching the Heidi Swapp, Simple Stories, Chic Tags, and exclusive bits and pieces in this kit. The chalkboard wood arrow on my cover is from one of our add on selections featured in the school store!
I loved seeing my youngest son watch his big sister-hopefully he will be inspired to follow in her footsteps the way she was inspired by her big sisters and brothers! Since my daughter wanted to help me make something for her mini I found those corrugate butterflies and clouds in my stash. I let her go at it with some paint and glitter. They made the perfect finishing touch embellishments and she will always remember that she got to contribute to her special memory book!
And now I thought I would show you some details. I love the handmade fabric tab paper clips in the kit. I used so many of the exclusive spelling word cut a parts in this mini also. The pinkfresh enamel stickers and color block wood veneers add so much to your layering! This kit also came with an exclusive sequin mixture which is so versatile! I pulled out a few stars, and have a mega ton left for other projects.
Thanks for stopping by today!
